Inka (CH V’Indra’s Steppes Silhouette)
Early on Inka was nicknamed "The Glider," because of her unmatched remarkably elegant and effortlessly smooth gliding movement. Inka was carefully selected at four months of age and purchased expressly to show and then to be mated with Wars (CH Steppes Wars Piquant.) Wars and Inka produced lovely puppies with the graceful soundness and sweetness of both parents. Four puppies were kept by Steppes Borzoi for showing: CH Lightning Steppes Adelante, Steppes Bajka Niezapominajka, Zoe Steppes Melody, CH Steppe’s Azja Tuhajbejowicz Inka is our original couch potato and she is silly and full of smiles. She will go through every antic in her repertoire if she thinks you will give her a treat - what a beggar! She nursed her puppies standing. They would fall asleep and then fall off! Inka is our biggest show winner, winning Best In Show at the Borzoi Club of Northern California 2003 Specialty held in conjunction with the Borzoi Club of America Nationals in Reno. She was the #25 Borzoi in the country from that win.
